Victron Energy brand ambassadors Chloe Stuart and Tjaden Tromp completed their main circuit season at the weekend, following the final round of the Historic Inland Tour at Red Star Raceway just outside Delmas, Mpumalanga.
The pair, who competed for the final time in 2023, both attained podium results. Stuart finished second overall in Class B after recording a set of runner-up finishes, while Tromp scored back-to-back podiums in Class D to claim third overall.
While Stuart battled a less-than-perfect car following significant damage from the previous round that the team could not repair completely, Stuart put in a gritty performance on the day and showed why she is one of motorsport’s rising female stars.
Tromp, on the other hand, flew up from the Western Cape to compete and, despite little seat time in the car, was able to improve steadily over the weekend to finish strongly ahead of his fourteenth birthday.
