QJMOTOR GRESINI Moto2 has confirmed Darryn Binder to ride with the squad in 2025. Young, with a valuable CV in Moto3 and, along with Jack Miller, one of only two riders who made the direct jump from the quarter-litre class to MotoGP, Darryn is looking forward to the opportunity. The intermediate class has not been kind to him so far, but the experience gathered by the South African appears to be perfect for a comeback season.

DARRYN BINDER #15
“I’m really thankful for the opportunity to be racing with Gresini Racing next year, I’m really looking forward to it. I feel like I’m starting to make progress and hope to carry the momentum to towards the end of the season. Then the goal is to keep improving throughout 2025 and hopefully to battle for great results. I can’t wait for the new season to start!”

LUCA GRESINI – TEAM MANAGER QJMOTOR GRESINI MOTO2
“We chose to bet on Darryn Binder, who since he has already raced in MotoGP, has developed the right awareness that will allow him to do well also in Moto2. He has endured two challenging seasons, also due to injury. We’re confident he’ll feel at home with us, as we’re aiming at bringing him to the positions that are more in line with his talent.”
