At MSA’s annual general meeting held yesterday, Ms Tanya Human, Mrs Sandra Labuscagne-Jonck and Mr Michael Rowe were elected as directors of the company, to replace retiring directors Cecil Oates, Sifiso Themba and Monde Hashe, to whom MSA expresses its thanks.
MSA is pleased that, following the latest election, its board now consists of four women for the first time, thereby enhancing the important aspect of gender diversity.
