MSA held its 29th Annual General Meeting at SASCOC House in Johannesburg on 20th August 2024, at which various changes were effected to the composition of the MSA board of directors.
Mr Frik Kraamwinkel completed his tenure as a director and is replaced by Mr Debiepersadu (RAJ) Ramchander. Mr Garth Waberski remains on the board for a second term of office. Additionally, Mr Rakesh Beekum resigned his position as MSA’s non-executive Financial Director due to work commitments and constraints on his time, and is replaced by Mr Pieter Zeelie.
MSA extends its appreciation to Messrs Beekum and Kraamwinkel for their contribution to MSA during their terms of office and wishes them well for the future.
